When we are closed

When the surgery is closed – in the evening, during the weekend and on bank holidays – we operate an emergency service.  However, this service should only be used if you have a medical problem which cannot wait until the next working day to be treated.

Out of Hours

To access the out of hours service during our half day on Thursdays between 13: 00 and 18:00pm  please call Barndoc on  020 8865 0350.  After 18:00pm you can access the NHS 111 service.

NHS 111

You can access urgent assistance by calling NHS 111  by dialing 111. NHS 111 is free to call from both landlines and mobiles.. A triage nurse will assess your situation and take appropriate action. This could simply be by offering advice or where necessary by making arrangements for you to be seen by a doctor.

If, for any reason , you are unable to access NHS111 by dialing 111, please call 0203 402 1111 instead.  Calls to this number are charged at your network’s standard rates.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
