Tests / Investigations
If you have had any investigations performed such as blood or urine tests or X-rays, you can contact the surgery for the results.
We recommend contacting the surgery a few days later for the results of your tests as described below. The best time to contact the surgery for your results are between 12pm & 2pm. To maintain confidentiality, results are only given to the patient concerned. The administration staff are not qualified to interpret results and will only tell you what has been authorised by the doctor. If you wish to discuss your result further, you may need to see or speak to the GP. It is the responsibility of the patient to contact the practice for their results however doctors often contact patients by phone or SMS if there is a result require urgent action. Laurels Healthy Living Centre
256 St Ann’s Road, Tottenham, N15 5AZ
Situated 5 minutes away from the practice and across the road from St Ann’s Hospital. Laurels is open on Monday to Thursday, 8.30am – 3.45pm and on Friday between 8.30am and 2.45pm. They DO NOT take bloods on children.

Lordship Lane Health Centre
The lordship lane health centre is open on select number of days in the morning on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9.00am to 12.30pm.
If your doctor has referred you for an ultrasound or MRI scan and you have not heard from the radiology department within a reasonable time (4-6weeks), please contact the provider below to ensure you are on their system. You are welcome to check with our reception whether the referral has been made. If the referral has been sent by the GP, then it is best to try and chase the appointment directly than booking an appointment with the GP to inform them of the delay. For most hospital appointments, your GP has limited ability to bring them forward unfortunately.
