If you cannot keep your appointment with the Doctor or Nurse, please call the surgery number in good time. This enables us to offer your appointment to someone else. If patients fail to cancel their appointment, this not only wastes valuable Doctor and Nursing time, but prevents others who suffer from medical illness from being seen.

You can SMS back the surgery and reply ‘CANCEL’ when you get an SMS for your appt. (You must cancel more than 24 hours before your appt via SMS to work)
Please cancel your appointment as soon as possible at least 24 hours prior to your appointment i.e. cancelling an appointment for Tuesday 10:50am you must SMS before Monday 10:50am for your appointment to be cancelled automatically. Failure to attend or cancel your appointment will result in a DNA – did not attend. Late cancellation does make it harder to replace your slot with someone else
